PR agencies have a critical role to play in addressing the lack of diversity and inclusion in the industry. While each agency faces their own unique challenges and opportunities, this is an initiative where there is power in working collaboratively, sharing resources and committing to progress together. In this panel, agency leaders and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion experts will talk about moving beyond platitudes to meaningful and achievable actions agencies can take individually and collaboratively to ensure that diverse hires can thrive in the PR agency culture.

Randy Moore--Chief Operating Officer for COOP whose mission is to close the social capital gap by recruiting and investing deeply in diverse, low-income, and first-generation grads with a focus on careers in digital marketing and data analytics

Neil Foote--President of the National Black Public Relations Society, Inc., a former journalist and president and CEO of Foote Communications, a full-service integrated marketing & communications-consulting firm
